The sixty-third session of the Commission on the Status of Women is almost in session! CSW63 will be taking place at the United Nations Headquarters in New York from 11 to 22 March 2019. Representatives of Member States, UN entities, and ECOSOC-accredited non-governmental organizations (NGOs) from all regions of the world are welcome to attend the session.
At UNCSW 63, Ecumenical Women will offer its members and their delegations a full day’s orientation before UNCSW opens, morning ecumenical worship every weekday during UNCSW, and two Advocacy Dinners which provide opportunities for fellowship and networking. Ecumenical Women are also excited to host the side event 'Men In Black: Link up to end Gender Based Violence' on Thursday 14th March, for some important conversations around toxic masculinity in the faith community and the public square. If you will not be physically here with us on Thursday, please stand in prayer and solidarity for this most critical conversation and public witness!
